This paid app now features advertisements. I want them out. Its an amazing game that controls terribly without real buttons.

I dont know what the complaints are about - controls are fine in landscape mode. Port is perfect!

Mega man II is, by far, my favorite game for NES. and is now my favorite game app. The controls took a little while to get used to and at first Id hit the wrong button and fall to my death. You get used to it. And considering how easy and frequent it is to get 1-ups during the game(if your good), who cares if you die alot at first. CAPCOM PLEASE MAKE A BIONIC COMMANDO VERSION!!!!

I love this game such a awesome game only 1 problem when u get a powerup eg.health energy it freezes for a second and on heat mans stage it killed me like 20 times lol grate game

Dont believe the reviews claiming poor controls and whatnot. I just did a quick run through in easy, and the only places I saw issue with the controls were the same difficult platforming areas of Heat Man and Air Mans stages that have always been tricky. The controls are no more imperfect than any of the other top-tier iOS platformers like Pizza Boy, Commander Pixman, Robot Wants Kitty, etc. If youve played through other games featuring virtual buttons without issue, youll fine the ones in Mega Man 2 to be responsive and comfortable. The game is emulated almost perfectly, and I would highly recommend it to old and new gamers alike. The game and gameplay here easily deserve 5 stars. The reason Ive given this title 4 stars is because of an obnoxious banner advertisement that greets you at the title screen. I expect this kind of ad in free or lite apps, but never in a paid game.

The controls are not as bad as people say, but you absolutely must play it with your screen landscape. Oh well. Did a short 5 minute run through and already beat metalman flashman and quickman.

I love this game, a true classic. Except on multiple occasions now, my iPod has crashed and rebooted because of this app, furthermore I lose all my data and have to restart... Please fix this problem and Ill be sure to rate 5 stars!

Beat it finally and loved every second of it. Getting used to the touch controls are a bit hard but after you do you will be loving it once again!

Have you beatn this game on difficult yes??? If so than try this challenge, only use the starter gun to beat the game! no exposing weaknesses... Goodluck! PS: amazing game, controls are easy to learn and any newbie can play it!

One thing you could change would be the apps picture to the one displayed here, this one looks HD

Worth the price!

Megaman 2 is one of the greatest games ever made and this iOS version holds true to the original. A couple of minor things are different, like how you get more crash bomb shots and metalmans power is even more broken. All in all, well worth 99¢!

Its a great game. The controls take some getting used to, but the worst level for it is the first level at Dr. Wilys stage with the dragon. I was pulling my hair out due to the control there.
